I have been binge watching your videos lately.. The idea of doing multi day hikes in a day appeals to me and being from Melbourne your content gives me locations to go to. Also, the fact that you ran this trail also appeals to the impatient me. Thanks for sharing what you do. :).

Thank you so much for the lovely comments!! Trust me I have those day when I lack the energy..take sometime from exercise - eat well and get plenty of sleep really and also a good massage + yoga helps
