​@@hazeyviperz9873i ever had custom BGM whilst racing on GT PSP. Can you guess what song that i usually use as Custom Song in GT PSP? YEP. Hamidashimono from Setsuna Yuki (Tomori Kusunoki). This song usually plays during a 4 lap race at Seattle Circuit using RX7 LM 2001.

9:10 fun fact: those carried over stages ALSO didn't get removed for GT5, and since there is a Master Mod for GT5 that unlocks all those tracks along with so many other cool options, we can see the tracks in action!

Even better: the games have extremely similar engines, if we managed to compress the GT5 tracks we could port then over.

Maybe Polyphony didn't see any use of making a Gran Turismo game for the Vita. They were probably too busy with GT6 and preparing for the PS4 at the time. However, I'm still shocked that the Vita didn't get a Gran Turismo game cuz you would think that Polyphony will make one for every PlayStation console like they have so far.

Unfortunately, the PlayStation Vita would've probably been dead and buried by the time Polyphony finished a Gran Turismo Vita.

No problem, glad you like it, but the game has really removed features probally because of PSP limitations, GT PSP would be GT4 Port for PSP but as i said, because of PSP limitations it couldn't happened that abd became the GT PSP that we all know

The main problem is that UMD's capacity is fairly low, so they most likely didn't wanna risk making too large of a game, that's why most tracks are missing.

Well the GT PSP originally would be a gran turismo 4 port for PSP but because of PSP limitations, they decided to remove a lot of things and making the GT PSP that we know

@@fordsteryt9639 I've seen some Fifa/Pes 21 mods for Fifa/Pes 14 and they are similar to texture skinning but some mods also add more players and they do work on a real PSP, so it's not too impossible (I also have a Wangan Midnight Portable mod that only replaces the original soundtrack to the one from the arcade game Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3)

What’d be great is to have GTPSP’s cars to GT4 (as both games seem to have the same car modelling). If they can’t grab the models from GTPSP, they can grab them from GT5 instead (if anyone’s unaware, PSP Garage Cars in GT5 use standard models which means you can drive the standard version of the 787B, for example). And since GT4 and GTPSP are so similar to each other, I wonder if analogue gas/brake is possible?

About the hidden tracks. They can be restored in Gtpsp using cheat engine Note: complex string is completely broken

Yup i know that if im not wrong one of the hidden tracks you can only play in internal camera and all of these hidden tracks can only be playable on PPSSPP

We really need a Master Mod/Beta mod for GT PSP, similar to GT2 and 5, it shouldnt be too hard since: PSP's UMD/Discs support 1,8 GB of storage (some games go beyond that with DLCs and stuff) Gran Turismo PSP only uses 1 GB, leaving around 800 MB free of use And there are some PSP games that are 1:1 ports of PS2 games like Colin McRae Rally 2005 and Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition. Yes these games might not run flawlessly, but Polyphony Digital is an expert in Sony's console hardware, giving the best while also running smoothly Of course trying to add MORE rivals/cars on screen might be literally impossible and will probably cause lag, but, if optimized correctly, adding tracks will not. Also some custom skins/colors with itasha/Anime wraps would be great

Gt psp was supposed to be gt4 portable but polyphony couldn't make it that because of time constraints.... they probably could make gt4 portable on the vita (with slightly lesser graphics) but they wouldn't because the vitas dead ;(

Yeah someting like that for exameple rockstar could make midnight club 3 and L.A remix incluiding a tokyo city portable on psp with everything from console version also most of leftovers things of GT PSP are from GT4 like Tracks, etc. But yeah it's a shame that polyphony didn't have enough time to make the PSP GT4

@@lucasromeo8637 Most of the codes also work on real hardware (tested on My 2004 PSP Slim) except the other secret tracks like Hong Kong or Rome, only 3 work on real hardware, where 1 crashes your PSP if you Arent on external camera and the other Just stucks your car if you use racing mode instead of Time Trial
