@d c In all fairness, Apricot Hill, Grand Valley, Trial Mountain, Tokyo Route 246, and Deep Forest would all make good tracks for E-Sports. Issue is they gotta be remade from the ground up, which takes time, and lots of it.

I still remember the day I was playing with my father and we decided to race on Citta di Aria with the Subaru 360 just for the lulz. That car was so underpowered it couldn't go up the climb at the end of the lap, and I ended up winning because I thought of going in reverse first XD. Good times.

The thing I remember most about each track: Apricot Hill Raceway: the swirvy corners near the end Ascari: Why isn't this brighter during the Campain? Monza: The amount of still cameras during replays Autumn Ring: Driving in the Impreza STI in the first game's arcade mode. Seriously, it goes really fast there. Beginners course: The only course I take the first car in the world to Brands Hatch: Looks too much like a golf course Cape Ring: Either that high jump followed by the circle, or the interesting black marks on the fences Cathedral Rocks: That the 3rd variant is only available on the PSP game Chaminox GT4: That empty forest Chaminox GT5: WHYYYYY?!?! Too long name: This was in PSP, but not in GT4? (BTW I haven't played TT yet) Circuit De La Sarthe: The very long chicaine with the corners on it turned off. Circuit De La Sierra: Nurburgring, only less interesting, but much easier. Spa: Playing this course online occasionally while not having the DLC in 5. I also have a lot of "emotional" memories... like playing swiss alps every weekend with a friend on gt4, or racing multiple times trial mountain on gt3 because at the time (as a dumb kid :P ) i loved trying to fly with the car when cutting the last chicane...also farming on amalfi to get all the black cars, and god how much fun did i have on gt5 online...there was a lobby with random cars on monza which was absolutely crazy...

Watching this just confirms how many tracks GT7 are lacking. The game doesn't even feel nearly as vast as these titles did. Now, they did say they were gonna add stuff to the game, but seeing as they specified it as "track layouts" it does look a bit grim at the moment... Honestly, if they don't start adding actual tracks that might just be the end for me when it comes to Gran Turismo. :(

Anyone noticed how Green Forrest Roadway and Smokey Mountain South (and by extension Swiss Alps) are really similar. Makes me wonder if they made two versions of the same track and put them both in.

Regrettably, the final chicane (I've heard it called the "yeet chicane") in Trial Mountain has been replaced with something much slower, as have the high-speed corners on each end of the back straight in Deep Forest. The trees have also been cut back in both circuits.
