Grand is on my top 3 list and really like the Grand Alexandria. There is also a Royal Alexandria but unsure the difference. As i research more it looks like Grand has a lot of complaints on BBB and makes me hesitate to go with Grand. Wife loves the openness and lots of windows for natural lighting but we noticed the kitchen was not practical with not enough counter space & cabinets. Also pantry is too small. Maybe those could be customized in.

Royal will be a smaller width. BBB is full of complaints on all builders. That’s why it’s there. To complain. Grand homes gives all their customers a link after the build to give them an opportunity to rate them. This is full of hundreds of positive ratings. For your next concern, There are other models to choose from (100 in all). Pick your neighborhood based on your budget and we can find you the room you want and larger kitchens. This would really be narrowed down with a meeting with Grand Homes.
