You need Helm of the Host and make Statue a creature to get extra statues. HotH copy loses Legendary subtype and can be safely copied

For relatively the same cost, Soul Barrier is better than Isolation Cell in this deck: same effect, but enchantments are harder to remove and Soul Barrier costs only 1U with the commander in play, 2U otherwise, which is still easier to cast than Isolation Cell.

When i first introduced my friends to cockatrice i thought it would be a fun way for us to play together and i saw it as an opportunity to upgrade and test the decks i have, see what updates would help the deck be more enjoyable. My friends didn't think that way when they realized the entire mtg library was available. I got tired of seeing turn one mana crypts and after my buddy turn one'd mana crypt, mana vault, selesnya signet i got tired of it and built a Lavinia, Azorious Renegade deck not that different from what you showed here today that included Grand Arbiter as part of the 99. Needless to say we haven't used cockatrice to play in a while.

Mich one point for win conditions on GAAIV that are all very cheap: Combination of Future Sight,Thought Lash, Thassa's Oracle, Paradigm Shift and Jace Weilder of Mysteries. Cheap( Cheap on both sides (CMC and $ Cost)) and really effective. (I did use on my GAAIV Cedh deck).

Hey Mitch, just a quick correction to your piece about copying God Pharaohs Statue: it's a legendary artifact, so copying it would still leave you with one. I have a janky combo in my deck where I can use WAR Karn to turn it into a creature and copy it with either Helm of the Host or Spark Double because the copies lose the Legendary type, then you can copy the token without invoking the legend rule

I was looking at my own GAAIV EDH deck which has Omniscience (~$9), Bribery (~$18), Mana Tithe (~$1), Force Spike (~$1), Venser the Sojourner (~$11), Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir (~$4), Rite of Replication (~$5), Remand (~$4), Propaganda (~$5), Rhystic Study (~$22), and Palinchron (~$25)...as well as some others. I was thinking about how great all of these cards work in my deck...and I didn't realize how many of them were currently over $10 as I got most of them before I had ever played EDH...and long before it was an official format in Commander. Palinchron, in particular, was a card I bought a playset of in 2004 for $3.50 total including shipping on Ebay. Now I'm asking myself if I should keep my GAAIV deck as is, or sell a bunch of cards for some much needed money...when the pandemic has passed anyway.

Mmmm... I don't think my table would even want this deck there, my cousin has an Urza deck that stops people from playing much as it is (not that he plays it often). Also, our table carries a lot of Enchantment/Artifact removal - and generally, it's worth putting this sort of deck behind because the collective group will pool efforts together for it. (I remember one time my sister's bf was playing an Avacyn deck - which did run the land destruction stuff. He placed a t1 Land Tax, blasted by Wear - followed by a t2 Sol Ring, blasted by Tear from another player. We know he ran taxing effects in the deck too, all the more reason to never let him get off the ground)
