I bealive that the sound made by the cables are because the rear and front derailleurs cables might cross each other. In the previous generation Al slx they cross inside the down tube for sure, but don't make such a noise. It is possible that they weren't routed as supposed so a recableing might help.

On the canyon website it says a medium is 11.3 kg ,are they pulling these numbers out there arse?

I've replaced rear derailleur cable, there were no problem with that. It have wide holes, its very easy.

OK, Danny, sorry but I didn't get the point about the measurement. May be I am wrong, but I haven't noticed any informaton regarding the frame size. So the dimensions and weight is worth (alomst) nothing without this piece of information.

If you want trough axles for 1000 euro go with a ROSE . Very close to the spec of this bike for much less ( I bought the uprising )

Great video, but Canyon as many others are lying with the weight. I like the freehub sound from DT, it saves you the ringer :)

better to buy 2016 model, much better price if you can find your size, go for it :) They had TdF sales, now Olympia sales are even bigger.
