Hi I have a question. Can we add a realtor after signing the purchase agreement with the seller?
@jasonpaynerealtor Жыл бұрын
Unfortunately not. That is something that needs to be done before signing.

No totally open kitchen floor plans, and no ceilings over 9 feet.

The secondary area ceiling start out at 9’ and is what most clients prefer. Some areas like the game room and master bedroom come with 1’ trays taking them to 10’. And we are custom. So you can raise and lower them to whatever you’d like. The ceilings in the common area of this model are 12’ which isn’t the starting point. They start out at 10’ plus a 1’ tray at living room taking it to 11’. Not sure what you mean no totally open kitchen floor plans? All our plans are open concept. And we are custom so we can build anything.

Additionally we offer 8’ tall doors standard. Most of our windows are 6’ tall. Living room windows if not a big sliding door are 7’ tall. After reading your comment again maybe what you’re saying is you don’t want open kitchen floor plans. Good news we can modify these plans to close it off or can create a custom plan for you. And maybe what you meant on ceilings is you don’t want any ceiling over 9’. Not a problem. We can adjust the ceilings throughout the home to be no taller than 9’. Which is what we do standard in secondary areas. Typically 10’ at common areas. Many clients want taller. I wouldn’t recommend 9 for those areas. Makes it feel too tight in most plans. Keep in mind we typically are building on 1 acre lots or larger. The way we build is ideal to maximize investment and resale for the market we build for.
