2nd Speaker Affirmative must be lively. Speak with power and know clearly what you stand for. Affirmative lost this round because the 2nd speaker spoke like a newbie.

I honestly think the ABU lady have a very good point , anyone can make a change BUT transformation Change? most at time comes from the government. Ofcourse I stand to be corrected.

You are right. She has good points which only comes up in her conclusion. This should have been well detailed earlier. The government has all the power and resources to make transformative change.

Thank you so much for sharing this video. I jotted a lot both from the topic and the format of the debate. The MC is an Intelligent Nigerian man with the charisma of a British man. His use of English is exceptional. And the balance of the judges catalyzed an unusual suspense while I was watching. The audience were great too. Thank you so much, you just sew in a life now, and possibly one day (possibly this year) I hope my university UNN will brace your stage.

It's good nice debates. Congratulations to you all. Tonight I hear for the last time the phrase Fatherland instead of motherland, by using second lady. Nice again

Great idea from the organisers and brillant execution by the debaters, well articulated especially from our girls. However, it will be of much value if the allotted time for the debate can be increased, the allotted is pretty too short.
