Visited this home a couple of times...love it - considering it. For all the praise being lavished upon the camera man, he didn't show much of the greatest area. They have the neatest sunken bar bistro sitting area ( wine cellar) I have ever seen.

It's not expensive at all. You can buy such a model for 860,000 which is a bargain for 6,400 Sq. Ft. Also, it seems as if they use quality construction which is most certainly a highly desirable feature. Our family recently bought an NV Home for ~980,000 and they only gave 4000 Sq Ft. You just don't see that type of construction anymore in mass-produced housing. Compliments to the builder for making such an exceptional home!

Your Majesty , except most of TX has 3% property tax, which is $2,150 in property tax per month, and the prop tax is adjusted every year. One of the reason why homes in TX doesn't appreciate significantly like most other areas in the country...

This is one beautiful home although I’m not one that likes two story homes as much. The theater room is probably the best I’ve seen because it looks like you would actually be comfortable in there while watching whatever. The layout is A++ with a great flow through out the house. All the rooms have good space and a nice view from several areas. There’s a lot to like about this property inside and out.

Sorry, strawberrie1! We currently build exclusively in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. We don't know exactly how much this would cost in Rochester because we have never built there, but it may be more expensive due to the value of the land. This home in Texas goes for $700-$800k. Hope it helps!

OMGAAAA! This house is beauuuuuuuutiful! I was like...I was like...if this house has a fireplace in master bedroom, that’s it. And then BOOM - fireplace! I just love it. It would only take some very minor adjustments to personalize for many tastes or needs, like windowed walls over the balconies if there's a particular risk, or fencing the pool, or gating the kitchen from tots. This would overall be my dream home or at least be the closest I've seen to it. It's worth showing off. Although I got a little dizzy from the camera turning circles everywhere, but I might've gotten just as dizzy seeing it all in person too. Lol. It's a beatiful fusion of styles too. So gorgeous, and I think well mediated for different family members. Nice job. :) I bet it cost a major fortune! I also bet it was worth it. :D

The staircase itself is beautiful. But it belongs in a much larger home. It takes up way too much room. In fact it looks larger than most of the other rooms. It’s trying to hard to be like a grand old mansion.
