Thanks for watching! Fun fact: Grand Homes has 30% more windows than any other builder. There are multiple plans to choose from. I bet you would find one that has enough light if you looked. 😁 I would roll into my videos and check out other Grand Homes tours. I have many!

@ we are looking to move to Dallas and looking for 5000+ sft properties, liked this model but turned off by lack of natural light. There is another grand homes model in Heath that has tons of windows and butterfly stairs.

@@salimsarfaraz9923 yes! Heath Golf and Yacht club has some great ones. We should chat. Can you give me a call at [phone]? 2 that come to mind are the Grand Legacy and the Grand Silverleaf.
