How did you get drone shots in Cuba. Thats not allowed

Three to four years of filling paperwork for a permit to fly the drone with the government. I finally got my permit in 2022. I still need to send a request every single time I fly with my coordinates before I leave Canada. That usually takes between one to three months to get the approved plus I need to get clearance from the property manager if Im fly over their property. Really not worth the time but I got this far so I’m just following protocols. P.S. I had lots of time to wast during Covid but I would definitely not go through this process again. Actually I never thought it would of gotten anywhere

Your video comforted me a little bit as its beautiful, but reading about this hotel terrifies me lol. I'm going there mostly for its beaches, but have you experienced any bed bugs, cockroaches or other nightmares other travelers are complaining about ? Im also visiting it from Canada :-)

we also left from Canada, MONTREAL to be more precise. We were there in September and im pretty sensitive to bug bites and on that trip i didn't get bitten once, it was probably too hot lol. no bed bugs or cockroaches in site. Besides not having clean shower towels the resort was great. Staff were friendly, food was good, the property was clean, the beach was ok but nothing compare to Cayo Santa Maria. I still suggest that you bring some bug spray. thanks for watching and if you have other questions dont hesitate. have a safe trip.

@@PaulaBento-tb8yb this was filmed one year ago so I’m not 💯 sure. In my most recent trip to Cuba last month they did have usb imports in the rooms. You can always bring your own plugins with a usb they will work everywhere in Cuba.
