The house is gorgeous, but the location is questionable. It's right up against the riverbed.. which sometimes can give off some unwanted odors.

It’s undeniably a nice home. Personally I’m bored of ultra modern box homes that feel like a hotel. If you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all cause they all look the same. It’s like… Copy… Paste… Copy… Paste… Personally I’d like to see more Mediterranean villas

Understandable. Most news are gravitation towards a more modern contemporary style as it more of what a majority of buyers are looking for rather than a Mediterranean style of home. Building that type of style can pigeon hole yourself into a certain niche of buyers which is something that can be risky when you're spending $5M+ on a home.

Blue Heron is a great product and this home will most likely sell for close to what they are asking for. At half price, honestly their would be a line out the door for a 7,000ft² home with Casita and pool. Either way, it's not my listing, so no offense taken!

The sliding doors are optional. You can get a regular door as that is the included feature.

Blue Heron emphasizes home automation? Then why did you show a bank of 5 rocker switches? It is sad to see BH going into the low end market, appealing to people that don't know any better.

Blue Heron has the option to automate nearly everything. This doesn't mean they won't have regular rocker switches and that they -will- automate everything. These are not included features are all additional costs. Automating just one 4-panel pocket door can costs over $75k+. Not everyone that builds Blue Heron needs these features but they are nice things to have.

@@AlanHuiRealty fair point and I somewhat agree, but I'd still use a Lutron or Vantage system (or similar) to minimize the rockers to a vertical set of buttons even if I wasn't automating the sliders. I went back to rewatch some excerpts from the video (which you did a nice job on). When you are leaving the upper balcony (I think you called it a courtyard balcony) check out the area where the window meets the stucco. This shows poor attention to detail and is not what I'd expect from BH. I do like your video and will be checking out your content in the future!
