🤩yumz🤩Fish should smell a lot like fish and taste the same that's another thing a hate about USA most fish sucks out west and the Japanese style does it even worst they take fish and taste of fish completely out of fish so it taste like air try it once and not buying again eating air for so much cash not my thing :)

Hi! I'm really glad you loved the food so much. As a Russian from the south, I have never even heard of some of these food items, so it's all very interesting to know culinary traditions from other regions.

🤩🤩You know why meat smell strange to you because in USA there is no smell of real meat but only chemicals and GMOs even if they say out west no GMOs there is all over so the real meat smell you can get only in Russia and its so good so as the real meat taste Russians also feed cows and pigs and other differently :)

at 17:40 you actually say "what is that gun powder" in Russian "порох" lol made me laugh! by the way "холодец" its like headcheese. you either love or hate it. I like "холодец when its just cooked and still hot not gelatinized, and has actual pieces of meat with bones. when its cooked and hot it tastes just like a homemade meat soup, with a lot of meat!
