Grand Seiko Looks on a Budget? Maybe! San Martin SN0129 Aventurine Dial

This is my quick review of the SN0129 Aventurine Dial GMT watch. One of the best Ali Express watches you can buy. Obviously not on par with a Grand Seiko, but the style kind of leans in that direction.

New Erebus Ascent has a great adventurine dial for sure.

I was torn between the adventurine dial and the lapis lazuli. I eventually went with lapis, but am keeping an eye out for a non-GMT (thinner) version in adventurine. I absolutely love this watch. The metal band is nice, but it's amazing with a dark brown leather band. I have a quick video of it on if you want to checkout that look.

I went for the lapis lazuli version too but very tempted to get the aventurine as I like the aventurine more LOL reason why I went for lapis was because I bought the Revelot gentus aventurine though not much of a fan of the Roman indices

Great watch, I just don’t like SM logo, they could do something much better im sure. If it weren’t for the ugly logo I think I’d have a bunch of SM watches lol

I very much agree, it looks goofy like a 90's kid's cartoon text. I would love it the came out with a simplified design-only logo without text.

I’m in the same boat RE the logo/emblem. I want to like the whole watch when I look at it on my wrist. Still, it’s true that this is likely the best $250 watch in the world period.
