For those of you just now playing this. Be sure you send the photo to BEVERLY and not BARRY! I realized I was doing this after my 7th attempt. It does quickly tell you "photo sent to the wrong contact" but if you are still able to take a photo this message will very quickly disappear and be replaced by "take a photo".

​@@harrysochia7704for me the problem was not having the controls written in bottom right of screen so i followed thru this and pressed the X button (on gamepad) and it worked.

For those who's having issues, just go on top of the roof there's a trash bin on the left side and climb up there and go near to her to take a picture. All i did was just took a picture even tho they still didn't give the drug yet. Hope this helps!
