After 20 mins of googling and skimming half-remembered let's plays I found the video. It's Let's Play - GTA V: Bingo, where they had to do different challenges (which is likely why it's been confused for a Go episode). They all started in GTA V but Ray switched to the 360 port of San Andreas a few minutes into the video. It's still on KZbin if anyone wants to revisit it btw
