After 20 mins of googling and skimming half-remembered let's plays I found the video. It's Let's Play - GTA V: Bingo, where they had to do different challenges (which is likely why it's been confused for a Go episode). They all started in GTA V but Ray switched to the 360 port of San Andreas a few minutes into the video. It's still on KZbin if anyone wants to revisit it btw

God it's weird seeing San Andreas run so smooth! I only ever played the original. EDIT: having watched the video now I have to clarify this just meant the FPS. Everything else about this edition is hilariously busted

So it sounds like Big Smoke's order was just the 9 large, the number 7, the two 45s and the soda, which is a lot, but not insane.
