that rocket launcher at 17:17 is an M72 LAW Anti-Tank rocket launcher that they for some reason stuck a pistol grip and trigger on despite the real firing button being clearly visible still on the top of the tube just in front of the rear sight

Seeing these, hard to believe Victor dies so easily in Vice City, at least when Trevor killed a GTA IV DLC protagonist, it was clear the guy had become a drug addict who got much weaker...Vic seems fine and excited for like 20 seconds before dying however, it's clear they really had no intention of making Vice City Stories at all.
