We have to do tonya's first towing mission to unlock Franklin's events. I stopped doing them because they're a waste of time for $500. Buying the towing business sounds like a bad idea too. Racing motorcycles every game night earns Franklin $20,000+. At daylight I can start a mission and finish in time for more racing. It also allows me to play better. You should go to a shooting range and complete it. You'll get a 10% discount that saves thousands in upgrade costs and improve shooting ability. Was fun to watch thanks. Be safe and happy.
