The Japanese erasers aren't actually meant to be used as dice, each side of the eraser is a different thickness and the numbers correspond to that, so you use them when you want to erase a line of a specific width. There's no harm to using them as dice though I suppose :)

6:07 the solution to that trick is that you add the last digits together (this gives the last two digits of the sum) and subtract it from 50 (this gives the first two digits of the sum). For instance, the numbers on the table are 681, 657, 971, 543 and 960. You add the last digit of each number: 1+7+1+3+0=12. Then you subtract it from 50: 50-12=38. So the sum of those numbers is 3812.

The 100-sided "golf ball" is sometimes called a "Zocchihedron" after Lou Zocchi, its creator and another well-known dice and game enthusiast. I'd love to send Tim several kinds for his collection, like the wrought-metal dice with intricate Celtic knot patterns, the gemstone dice you roll instead of toss, the Dungeon Dice with faces that, when thrown and stacked together, form a tiny contiguous dungeon level, and the single massive die that rolls any dX spread from d2 to d30. They'd blow his mind.

When I was a kid, we had this great little toy to use with board games that required players to roll two dice. It was a little plastic thing shaped like a sort of squashed ball standing on a pair of feet. The upper half was a clear dome. Inside the dome was a pair of little dice on a flat surface. To roll he dice, the player would push the ball down until a tiny suction cup on the bottom stuck to the feet. There was some kind of spring mechanism inside that caused the suction cup to pull away after about one second. The thing would pop up, flip over in the air and land on its feet. When it came to rest, you could read the dice. Our parents made us use it to play board games because we often tended to throw too hard resulting in dice rolling off the table and getting lost. I don't know what happened to the little thing. It's either packed away in a box in a closet or got sold at a yard sale.
