Grandio is a talented and happy gelding, working towards Grand Prix, but has been lightly competed due to owner commitments. He is now based with Team GB professional Louise Bell and is a delightful character.
Very affectionate, he has all the ability to be a top level Grand Prix horse and from recent judges training got 8/9’s for his piaffe and passage. He has done demo’s at the British Dressage National Championships and travels/stays away from home well. He has 300 BD Points.
He has 3 very good paces, is safe enough for a proficient amateur, yet hot enough for a professional. Not at all spooky, he is perfect in everyway. Trained by (and initially imported by Carl Hester) George (stable name) is forward, and loves to hack as well as polework and even cross country schooling. Sound with recent clean X rays, is competition ready and in great shape. Would be a great young rider horse or elegant ladies’ horse. Same owner from a 2yo so full history. Substantial price, but loving home is also a requirement.
