As a child I always dreaded polenta day😂 My Nonni would say how much polenta you want and I’d say a tablespoon please….my Nonni was northern Italian and Nonno southern and they’d argue over the polenta making all the time as my nonnis wasn’t that good😂This looks glorious and I’m drooling. My Grandfather used to put mozzarella cheese inside a few meatballs and which ever kid of us cousins found one, we got bragging rights for the week until next Sunday's dinner. He past away 40 years ago and the family has moved away from each other so no more Sunday dinners. ❤
