@DJ Barrett i know the color of arms(arnament haki) blocks all the damage its like an invisible armor for ex kaido vs luffy he hit him with all his power but it was not even a scratch bcuz of his excellent arnament haki ,at the first place any of law's attacks in the room won't make a person bleed(its somewhat like buggy's devil fruit ability it scatters the body into parts not kills them) and that gamma knife pretty much destroyed his organs if u remember it fkin destroyed his organs see luffy and law vs doflamingo properly destroying his organs is worse than cutting right through his body and btw inaffective is just a bit different than not working and im not gonna argue anymore after this comment

Does this actually work? We know that one Devil Fruit can't overpower the fruit of another users body. So Kaido could in theory still turn into his Zoan form and fireball her into oblivion.

Just wanted to add a few characters I thought of. 1: Crocodile. His ability to absorb moisture from anything is completely underrated. If someone like Jewelry Bonney can take out Kaido, I see no reason for Crocodile to do the same. 2: Caesar Clown. This guy has a few ways of beating Kaido without having to get close. First, he could produce any number of poisons to take down Kaido. Since Kaido is affected by alcohol, there’s no evidence he could resist the effects of poison like Luffy. Second, he could remove the air around Kaido and choke him. As long as he stays hidden and doesn’t get one-shot, it’s only a matter of time before Kaido falls. 3: Magellan. This one basically boils down to what I said for Caesar. We have no proof that Kaido is immune to poison, so it seems reasonable Magellan could theoretically beat Kaido.

Luffy CAN beat Kaido, here's why: With a Rayleigh flashback, luffy was able to beat yonko commanders or unlock new abilities like advanced armament haki. So with 4 or 5 consecutive Rayleigh flashbacks, its pretty much a wrap for Kaido tbh. Hell, Luffy might go even beyond and become Rayleigh himself during their battle.

@@tomgu2285 I'd like too agree. Why didn't Doflamingo just let Sugar walk around touching people once, to turn them into toys and have everyone forger what she did? No one would understand what's happening since the moment they turn it'd be like she never even did anything. So hwy not do that? Why go through the trouble of hosting a tournament to exhaust everyone, and have Sugar do it while their guard is down? My guess would be the same as yours, haki. Same as with Trafalger Laws "Room". He can't cut everyone as he pleases because their Haki stops him from being able to do so. How else would you explain why Law wouldn't just up and cut Kaido/Big Mom into small pieces to scatter them all over Wano so that they'd be no longer a threat. Something one could argue he might be able to do while their guard is down, no? Well yes, no seems correct. Why wouldn't Doflamingo use Sugar to rid himself of the, albeit well paying, terrifying beast that is Kaido? Why not get rid of a few Admirals? Why not get rid of a few Emperors? Its the only logical explanation I can think of, since we have never been told that there are any specific conditions that have to be met in order to use op abilities such as Law's and Sugar's. Though if anyone reading this thinks/knows that there are reasons to believe otherwise, please do tell me. I don't mind being corrected if I'm saying something that's not true/accurate.

Sugar's power does not affect from Haki. So, she can turn him into a toy. But this does not mean he will get defeat. Because becoming toy does not remove your powers completely. Even if he won't be able to turn into a dragon, he can beat Sugar in toy form and after he revert back to his normal self.

In Marineford Arc (Summit War), you see Boa Turning cannonballs to stone using slave arrow. Heck, you see pieces of the iced ground (done by Aokiji) turned to stone too. In Marineford Arc (Summit War), you see robotic Pacifista turned to stone using Perfume Femur. I know movies aren't considered canon, but when they are streamlined with facts of the actual anime, I think they are great points of reference, you see in One Piece Stampede Boa turning part of Foxy's ship to stone using Slave Arrow. There's another movie she did this in too, forgot which one. I forgot, but there was a myth in one of the One Piece episodes where ships and victims were turned to stone (by Boa Hancock); therefore, you can consider it to be canon at this point, with the other evidence that lust is not necessary to turn anyone to stone.

Hey GLR! This one was great too! I am a little surprised that there’s no mention of Blackbeard in this though! He was the one to eventually kill and usurp Whitebeard (granted WB was already heavily injured), on top of stealing the quake quake upon the latter’s death, earning him a second extremely powerful fruit that could potentially overpower Kaido. Plus, it’s been two years since that even happened, so it’s highly likely that BB and his crew have all gotten stronger just as the Strawhats did. But even if we didn’t take the individual strength route, BB has the Luffy thing going on where he attracts very powerful people to join him. That said, if his crew were to all show up and face down Kaido together, it’s arguable at this point that they would have the combined power to punch through any of the beast pirates that stood in their way, and probably rival or possibly even surpass Kaido himself. On that note, the same could be said of Akainu in the case that he were ever to spearhead a direct, all-out marine assault on Wano and Kaido as a result. Two very unlikely scenarios but it does add another dynamic to this list in the whole leading an army to battle idea. The 1v1 power thing isn’t all there is to it, I agree, but I think there could be arguments made for even more potential beast-pirate-captain-vanquishers. Maybe these thoughts could go into the “Who could defeat the _ Crew?” video? 😉

Lets keep in mind: Shanks openly exposes the majority of his body. He had no other scars than on his eye, received by Blackbeard, and his missing arm received by a Sea King in his own intent. Shanks got into an altercation against Kaido and came out unharmed with all of his crew in a matter of days. Akainu looked like he has about to soil his pants when he saw Shanks. Not only that, but he openly is respected by the heads of the World Government. Shanks could most likely beat every One Piece character we've encountered thus far! Kizaru surrendered to Ben Beckman who is second only to Shanks. What does that say about Shanks' power? Heck, the Blackbeard Pirates barely did anything and even they admitted to not being on Shanks' level yet, the dudes who literally just murdered Whitebeard, the strongest man alive at that time.

Hancock is more likely than Jewllry Bonny because: if vice admirals who are very combat orientated individuals, have to stab themselves to avoid being turned to stone by Hancock: someone like kaido, who isn’t scared of death, is arrogant and is in no way as goofy and without sexual feelings as Luffy, wouldn’t be afraid of Hancock .as kaido Barely responded when luffy first attacked him ,this means Hancock would also probably be able to land a large number of kicks on him turning him mostly to stone by the time kaido responded, even if she only got a few kicks in ,if she targeted vital organs she would be able to incapacitate kaido. This means Hancock is more justifiable than Bonny as if Bonny turned kaido old, I doubt she could incapacitate him at first because I doubt she would turn him old enough. If a real life person over 100 years old can run a marathon, someone like kaido would probably still be very powerful at 1000years old, and Bonnies abilities as shown so far rely largely on her devil fruit , so if as I explained she misjudged how old she should turn kaido, and had to touch him a second time, by that time kaido would have realised her power and so even at 1000years old I think he would be able to land a blow on Bonny which would incapacitate her, at which point even if she had touched kaido that second time, she would be incapacitated as well as kaido at which point I would say there is no victor.

I agree. I don't know enough about Bonny's powers to know how it would work fully. Plus, we've seen plenty of older characters stomp all over people in one piece. So unless she can age him up hundreds of years in an instant, I've got kaido in that one. As for Hancock, while I agree we haven't seen him lust over women at a crazy rate,he has a kid. So clearly he's got some level of sex drive Hancock's fruit can take advantage of.

Since we know a devil fruits effectiveness can be nullified by powerful Haki, I'd say no for Law and Sugar. Plus Law would need to somehow cut through Kaido's tough skin. And I don't think Kaido would even let Sugar get near him Another thing is we're seeing Luffy slowly and slowly gain access to more of the tools/abilities he needs to actually harm Kaido, and from the recent chapters it's proving effective...plus he is the main character and Wano will need to end eventually, so it is only a matter of time before Kaido gets dunked on.

That is not headcanon, it's actually true. Law clash multiple times with Doflamingo and his amputation ability didn't work. In the case of Vergo he needed to use mountain level slice to actually cut him. That ability wouldn't work on Kaido

I feel like Luffy won't beat Kaido. Remember Big Mom is there too. He'll beat one of them for sure but having the scabbards beat Kaido makes for a better story. SPOILERS: The most recent chapter also revealed the scabbards are able to injure Kaido like Oden was able to. Sure Luffy was training to beat Kaido but Big Mom is also near invulnerable and seems to target Luffy more than Kaido does. Luffy can still show off his training by injuring Big Mom without the "break the picture" weakness first shown. The last chapter also ended with the minks under the full moon facing off Kaido. There's also Yamato along with Kid and Law. If Luffy beats both emperors there was no reason to really involve them or have them be seen as rivals. My guess is a combined force of the scabbards, Yamato, Law, and Kid will focus on Kaido (they have personal reasons for going after him or with Law, he was just the target and not Big Mom) while Luffy takes on Big Mom with his crew. Big Mom also has his crew (Nami and Carrot) hostage so that could push him to focus Big Mom first. The commanders are free game though and I think Zoro and Sanji will take King and Queen while Jimbei and the others handle Big Mom's crew if they arrive. Though once this ends I feel like this will happen: Kaido and Big Mom are beaten, either killed or imprisoned (Big mom most likely will be imprisoned and I'll explain why later). Yamato will take control of the remaining beast pirates and because he's all about Oden, stay behind and help open/rebuild Wano with Momo and the other scabbards. BUT he will also pledge allegiance to Luffy, joining his grand fleet since not only does he seem to know Ace well, but if he does ally with Momo, Momo will by proxy ally them both to Luffy. Big Mom will be taken away, leaving Zeus once again with Nami. However Prometheus will also join her, coerced into joining by Zeus or some other reason, giving Nami a huge boost in power. The Big Mom pirates will fall under Katakuri's control (since he's the next strongest and the crew that joined Big Mom in Wano may be taken away as well) and once hearing about what happened, confronts Luffy again and depending on how that goes, also ally the remaining Big Mom pirates with him. Now Luffy has the backing of three emperor fleets if you count Marco, who may rally the other members of the crew. The other worst generation, Kid and Law, get a bounty and threat boost from beating down the emperor alliance but Luffy is again in the spotlight due to 1. Having two former emperor crews become his allies 2. Beating down one of the emperors 3. Having Wano become his territory 4. potentially continue his alliance with Law and maybe form one with Kid and 5. having the remaining Whitebeard pirates ally with him. This leads to another bounty boost and solidifies his position as an emperor. Now he also has a crew large enough and powerful enough to not only compete with Shanks and Blackbeard, but also take on the government. Now that Luffy is seen as an incredible threat the government takes action against him to prevent another Roger which can lead to Dragon finally meeting his son and Shanks forming an alliance with Luffy for the final battle.
