A huge congratulations on your big achievement! Sub 3 is great! However, when, at 5:20 in the video, it states you reached 20 miles in 2hr2min and you need to run the last 10k in under 40 minutes some number must be wrong. At 20 miles you only have 10k left and 58 minutes to go. Or have I miscalculated something?

Yes. See note in description. I saw 2:20 on the clock, and I thought I had 40 minutes left. But in actuality, I had 44 or 45 minutes remaining

When I saw the "4-mile left" sign, I couldn't stop cheering, "Go 'Fuz!" Then when Ben told you you're going to do it, my heart was pumping and I had the biggest smile on my face. Congrats Mike! We always knew this day will come!

Having just run sub 3 for the first time last weekend myself, all the emotions of that moment came flooding back as you came down the home stretch. Congrats again!
So happy for you… been following your marathon sub three attempts and wondering why you wouldn’t just leave the camera at home and you’d do it easy but you stuck to your values and invited us to join the journey every time and you got their on your terms. Never a more deserved or well earned achievement!
