I had that soup in Faro and it was the best fish soup I ever tasted. By the way, I just want to clarify that the leaves are called Cilantro and the seeds of the Cilantro plant are called Coriander. So, it is Cilantro what was used in the recipe.

Oh wow that’s great hear that you enjoyed our cuisine 😊😊😊 Coriander and Cilantro are the same thing in European English, we don’t really say cilantro but in the US I know that is different 🙃🙃🙃 for people that don’t like those leaves they can opt for Parsley or no leaves at all 😉😁
