Is the flour you use Bread Flour or All Purpose Flour? There are several types of flour in the States (USA). And each flour does something different. Which makes me feel crazy. Bread, Cake, All Purpose, flour for Pasta, etc. I enjoy watching you make each and every bread, I feel relaxed and at the end, hungry! (ha ha!) Honestly, you are just an amazing and wonderful baker and are genuinely kind to share all these recipes with the world, thank you! I look forward to making these buns.
