TWINS rolls - airy dough, fluffy and soft! Everyone will be amazed!
TWINS buns.
RECIPE for TWINS rolls.
50g sugar.
7 g dry yeast.
250 ml warm milk.
Mix everything well.
Add 1 egg white.
1 chicken egg.
8 g vanilla sugar.
Mix everything together.
Sift 550 g flour.
5g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add flour in parts.
40 ml vegetable oil.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Sift the remaining flour onto the table.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Press the dough down with your hands.
Divide the dough into 9 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Seal the edges of the dough.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Trim the edges of the dough with a knife.
Dust the dough with flour.
Make a cut in the middle of the dough.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Form a bun.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Repeat after me.
Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
The buns are ready!

Is the flour you use Bread Flour or All Purpose Flour? There are several types of flour in the States (USA). And each flour does something different. Which makes me feel crazy. Bread, Cake, All Purpose, flour for Pasta, etc. I enjoy watching you make each and every bread, I feel relaxed and at the end, hungry! (ha ha!)
