Hey, Ankle! Returning viewer here; I used to watch when I played way back in seasons 3-5 and it's great to see you're still making videos as I give League another shot. Back at the end of 2022, I lost my dad to cancer, a pretty accelerated process that took about 3 months. I'm not sure how much I have to say to you other than I know a little bit of what you're going through and I think your priorities are in the perfect place. Loss is really hard, and it'll be difficult going forward, but the privilege to be able to spend quality time with your loved ones before they pass can't be undervalued, and it's really good that you get to do that. When we know the end is coming, I think for most of us, everything else pales in comparison to spending our time with family and friends, and the presence of people close to us can really make those last moments precious. Just make sure not to neglect your own needs and mental health, either. Take breaks when you need to and be good to yourself. But it sounds like you've got that in the bag. I wish you and your father and your family all the best.

My thoughts go out to you, I lost my father to brain cancer in 2019 and I was watching your videos then to help get through it. I know you're probably not looking for advice in the youtube comment section from a guy without a face but, I encourage you to make sure you speak your mind to your father, the good, the bad, the endearing, the ugly before he goes. Do your best to have no regrets, if you have questions about why he made decisions ask them. Whatever it is, ask him and if you think that he shouldn't have to deal with anything negative since he is dying, my counter to that is that any good parent will want their child to be okay once their gone, even if it means hearing things they don't want to hear. I say that living forever with the regret that I didn't get the chance to ask those questions. Much love to you spakin, I will be there supporting your next endeavors

There is 100% truth in what you said, too! There just needs to be a line separating in what is good to share for mutual understanding and release and what is bad to share in the sense that it is becoming destructive. A lot of people have a tendency to let all of their thoughts go at once which is why we have this 'oversharing' problem when we vent, and I don't mean to say this in any sense of don't ever speak of your issues to people ever. I just believe it is important that they are brought up in environments that are good for every individual involved to be able to move forward in, or assist in an individual seeking help to move forward in. You are correct, though, humanity didn't get this far alone, and it will not continue to go further alone either.
