I've seen many traditionalist say things along the lines of "dont fix what isn't broken" in regards to newer models of wooden dummies, but it seems to me a more pragmatic design can only aid in training and further developing the style. With this dummy, I think one thing that can make it better is a resistance level adjuster, so that you can replicate various arm strengths as people in the real world will be of varying muscle mass.

Yes for fluid response memory but has everyone forgot bout otherside of the practice.....traditional helps to strengthen ur bone from constant minor/heavy impact that which is called IRON Techniques or how u learn to generate the One Inch techniques power they both have they're pros an cons

From the angle he's taken, with regards to the shoulder girdle & core, he's out of range. If the opponent adjusts their footing, it's reasonably evident & counterable, on an instinctual level, with quality practice.
