I know the video is 2 years old and I wish I had seen this sooner. I'm not really following Keto but try to be low carb. Note I said try, LOL. Anyway, I could not get passed the taste. If I use herbs and spices or cinnamon I don't notice it but I tried to make biscuits and I could not stand the taste. It's like eating wax or something like that. I can't quite place it. Not a fan and won't get again for sure.

You are so right, this is in no way Keto or diabetic friendly. When I was first diagnosed Type II I was so lost. One of the first products I bought was this and wow! I had a horrible response......it sent my blood sugar through the roof. Thank you for reviewing this...it may save others from making the same mistake. I was not able to return it so money down the drain.

Welp, at least I came across you before my order processed 😒 They really shouldn't be allowed to do this given the harm it could do to people avoiding carbs for medical reasons.
