Aromatic rice, the regular ones in the market and the shito is dried pepper

Can I ask something the same oil which cooked fish 🐠 is the same which used for chicken?

She uses the fish oil for the stew and after she scoop all the oil on top of the stew and then use it to fry the chicken.

The fish is call mackerel not salmon, also the pounded fish was it fried fish or smoked fish?
