Grandpa Jones was always my favorite. When I was little I thought he was married to Minnie Pearl. I don't know why, it just seemed logical.

On the Porter Wagoner show, I see the sign for Black Daught on the wall,they as well as Soltice balm and another remedy that escapes me at the moment were his sponsors, my dad told me that Grandpa was known as that back when he was a kid and he would.have turned 100 this year.
