Are you going to film the build? When do you put rebar in a pour and when not?

We always put a bond beam in the mono footing. If it were to carry a heavier load than my mom’s “grocery getter” or worry of frost heave we would have grid the slab with bar too.

Do you not need Vapor barriers where you're buildin? My boss always had those 15mm vapor barriers laid over the subgrade (we built homes from Wisconsin down to Corpus Christi TX, maybe it's just for wetter climates idk)

This little slab is for a single car garage. If this was a living space it would have a vapor barrier under it for sure 👍
