I think it was a “5” because it connects with her later song Daylight where her new color is Golden and Harry Styles has a song on his Fine Line album called Golden, also reflecting his feeling about someone.

I'm from Nashville but now live an hour north in Westmoreland, TN in Sumner County. The same County as Hendersonville, where Taylor went to high school! This was my first favorite Taylor Swift song. Years before I became a hard-core swiftie lol. It describes one of my past relationships to a tee. It used to make me cry but that hurt finally healed, now I can just enjoy the brilliance. Same as you, Gaga, I'm an artist, the color references are definitely what grabbed my attention. But overall, it is an amazing song. I very much enjoy your reactions and your love for each other! 💜

@@alejandrapinto7391 I don’t agree. Same theme of color emotions is on her Lover album in her song Daylight and Harry’s song from his Fine Line album Golden. She was dating Harry before the Red album came out.
