This is very informative yet difficult to understand. I had my second surgery on yesterday to the right flank. I may need another one to the left flank in a few weeks if I can't pass those stones. I'm in good shape, weight resistance training, bike rider and boxer. I'm very conscious about what I eat, when I eat and how I eat. Kidney Stones are complicated!!

Will apple cider vinegar remove 7mm calcium oxalate stone that is lodged in kidney . Do not want surgery...fastest method possible ???

quit the use of oils and risk goes dramatically down. Avoid friend food. I don't have the mechanism, just the clinical experience.
