Granite countertop. Very poor installation!

That’s Fantacy brown, very fragile and weak stone, has beautiful veining through out, but it scratches really easy, but it’s also very cost effective stone! I do bathrooms and islands with it all the time, very beautiful stone! Sucks bad installers try and save a buck

Fantasy brown does scratch easy. Its wavy because its leathered. Unfortunately sinks do crack. We would reinstall sinks and tops at my job.

Well, I think this is a remake. Most shops don't polish the face, only the edges, resurfacing might be more appropriate but it will NEVER look the same unless you do the whole piece and most wont, they'd rather remake. Someone dragged another piece on it, or someone else, outside of installation crew, set things or drug things on it without proper protection. The cracked sink is iffy. If they did install a faulty sink, you spent cheap and got cheap, if you did spend good and got cheap, that's a problem. No honest installer/company will put anything less than perfect in place, they'll tell you, even if you don't understand shipping/other. It's why you ALWAYS check sinks/pieces, in-front of the client or builder. Hope it all got sorted out. Clients pay good money, deserve good work. Professional work.

If you know what you’re doing, you can refinish spots and blend to the factory finish perfectly. Different finishing process on marble vs onyx vs granite/quartzite vs engineered stone, but all can be started with floating turbos

You can try getting stone tenax ager. It does remove scratches, not always. But mostly they do depending how served they are. You can try it and come back and tell us the update.

Ager doesnt remove scratches it hides them. They will always be there and if u use acetone on the scratches where u used ager they will show again..

Why even try and install this? I fab and install stone and this never would have left the shop.
