Thanks so much for watching! 2 cups flour 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt Mix all dry well Then add.. 2 eggs beaten 20 oz can crushed pineapple 1 tablespoon vanilla Mix well and pour in greased 13x9 or 12” oven Then add on top, but don’t mix 1 cup brown sugar on top 1 cup of crushed pecans, or walnuts 350 degrees 45 minutes or until golden Brown with the Clean toothpick coming out For the liquid icing 1 stick of unsalted butter melted 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon Vanilla 1 cup evaporated milk Let all simmer together on stove and then pour over granny cake after pulling it out of the oven while it’s still warm. And enjoy!
