17:28 Regarding aliens and yokai: it seems the aliens make a copy of the surroundings and you get transported to some other dimension. But with the yokai, only people who are “gifted” or with “the sight” can see the yokai. That’s why at the spa, people saw things being destroyed but not know exactly why. Also, when Okarun was running with Momo piggybacked and he was in his Turbo Granny mode, people saw him as an ordinary boy.
