As an ACTUAL Real Estate analyst, Grant Cardone told millions of people through his videos not to buy a home unless they had a 20+ million dollar net worth. Had they followed his advice, they would’ve now missed out on an almost 30-40% return on their investment, and the lowest interest rates in US history.

1:30 - A little more on this. Grant was at one point a legit rich person, then got sucked into Scientology. In the 90s, he was already the biggest auto sales trainer in the US. Today, that means nothing since you can just make videos and post ads. Back then, you actually had to go door to door to dealerships, offer to run sales meetings for free, and drum up interest in your seminars. He was and still is an actually good salesman. In the early 2000s, however, he changed his product completely after someone (if I remember right, his brother) got him into Scientology. Today, 90% of what he says is just "translated" Scientology. Almost none of his ideas ("10x", "the four degrees of action", and yes, even "no interest is a level of interest") are his own - they came from L. Ron Hubbard.

To be fair, you don’t need to be a billionaire to know how to become one. You can only make money so fast, wether it’s from working or investing or flipping property. It takes time. You can be a multi millionaire and have a good cash flow setup to becoming a billionaire in the future. I’d say if you have the skills to break over a few million, you can easily make it to a billion. Because the thing is, the more money you get, the more money you make. So it’s exponential.
