I agree, him and cmc should be a 1-2 punch instead of all the touches cmc gets which has injured him again, Jordan is a bigger back that can soften up the defense for cmc's big play ability

Kyle is maturing. I appreciate the growth. 9ers will be fine - the eagles have bigger issues. The threats I see in the NFC concerning the niners are Detroit and Sea. Randy and Hargrave will be the difference in Phi on Def.

Even though Deebo and Christian were gone the second half, what we really missed or should I say who we really missed was Dre Greenlaw as good as Warner is covering the middle he's still only one man. We are just a different monster when it comes to stopping the run when they are both out there. Obviously they didn't put on a passing clinic, but they got a lot more yards on the ground and I felt like they should have on a defense like ours

The silver lining to this is that I am not sure that the 49ers will play another team who can EXECUTE aggressive man coverage the way that the Browns did in that game, because what other team on the schedule has 3 corners who can play man coverage to the level of Ward, Emerson, and Newsome? Zone coverage became so prominent because QBs, WRs, TEs, and passing games have gotten so good that DBs were getting roasted too often in man. You can only run aggressive man coverage like the Browns did if you have an elite secondary like the Browns do, and I just don't see another team like that on the schedule. The Eagles have some guys, but I am not sold that they can be as suffocating as the Browns were.

in spite of brown's defense, the niners still got a chance to beat the browns at the end. the biggest concern is not the penalties or the poor offense or how the niners couldn't stop the run. the biggest concern are the injuries to our key players.

Kyle will never claim that his play calling was poor because of the tough defense they faced. At least he admitted the Brown's defense caused Brock Purdy some problems and beat up some 49ers. I was impressed with their defense, too. Neither offense was playing that good but that's because each team has a good defense. I think the Miami Dolphins will be the most difficult offense for any defense to shut down. They are one scoring machine this season.

If execution is there we likely put up 30+ for another week on the best defense in the league. Aiyuk dropped a big TD, Purdy overthrew CMC for a TD, etc... also Bosa recovering likely sack fumble at the 10 yard line and beyond. Add in plenty of other things such as rookie kicker, refs, injuries, defense getting gashed for 160 yards, and only a single thing has to change for a different outcome.

@@cinemapigeon4898 I have been a 49er fan since 1981 and I fully understand football. Just when you think we have a team that is going to win the Super Bowl, there seems to be obstacles in the way that makes it much more challenging than once thought. Thinking in the past does not win any games and thinking of the future can be very deceiving. I learned to enjoy each moment I'm alive and know that this world is only temporary. There are several NFL teams who started out not playing so well but are on their way to be pretty good teams. I watch all the NFL highlights starting Sunday nights here in Barcelona and during Monday mornings while having my yogurt and coffee. Miami Dolphins have an awesome offense this year, a real scoring machine and fun to watch. A few other teams are going to be surprisingly good this season too. But I know the 49ers have a very good team too as long as injuries to key players don't mess up the season. It's a long ways away to the NFC playoffs.

There are 8 active HC's with a higher winning percentage. It's my opinion each of those are better other than Ron Rivera. It's too early to judge Shane Steichan or DeMeco Ryan or Mike McDaniel or Robert Saleh but it's my opinion that each of those are better as well. That just shows how weak your arguement is. Enough said. By the way, just because a head coach won a super bowl doesn't automatically means he is better than someone who has no super bowl. There is so many things to determine who is better or not. Mike Mcarthy has won a super bowl and you really think he is better than kyle? Look at Belicheck.
