Honestly he should be up there with Christopher Reeve, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Margot Robbie, Ryan Reynolds, etc. as an actor that was born to play a part. He and Melissa Benoist in particular in the Arrowverse were perfectly cast. That's not to say that any of the others were bad, but you could believe that those two came right from the pages of the comics.

i enjoyed him , but i dont feel like i have enough versions of a properly written flash to really compare. he is kind of the only one that has gotten a chance to do him well. in my opinion he was the only consistent part through the whole show, but no one can save bad writing 100% of the time

It's always nice to see Grant in an interview, he introduced me to one of my favourite characters of all time and actually the show the flash got me through a hard time because I was so exited to watch it every week and it gave me something to look forward to, to forget all the things going on and just enjoy the episode in the momment, it was nice to see him as a guest, I look forward to seeing others in the future 🙂

Grant is such an inspiration toward me. He’s helped me to become more optimistic and happy. He’s the big brother I never had… I grew up watching him and it’s just the more I watch him, the more I connect with him. It may not just be the show or whatever it is, I’d still like him. I may not know him, and he may not know me. But if there ever may come a time where our paths cross, I’d tell him, “Thank you, thank you for being the older brother I never had and for being the best person you could ever be.” Lots of love Grant, from a young fan or a little bro. ❤️

I started watching The Flash when I was 8 Im 14. The Flash has been my lightning rod, it has helped me with so many things. Sadly, the show ended and it’s almost been 2 years. I remember watching the last episode of The Flash, S9/Ep13, and thinking to myself what a long journey it’s been. I have rewatched The Flash 9 times I know right 9! Flash started off so well, especially with the classic villains like Grodd And then made all the same mistakes the later seasons of Arrow did Namely becoming 40 minutes of talk, 5 minutes of action

I'm doing an animated superhero series, and The Flash show has been a big inspiration for me. Episode 1 premieres this Christmas. I'm excited by the fact that The Flash started in 2014 and now in 2024 I start my show. I'm animating, acting the characters, giving them voices, building all this. Absolutely LOVE Grant Gustin's Flash and if James Gunn had any sense at all, he'd put Grant in his new DC universe. Grant is versatile enough to take his Flash and morph it into whatever flavor James Gunn is going to put on his interpretation and Gunn would receive SO much respect from the audience. The CW knew what they were doing choosing both Stephen Amell and Grant Gustin for their main leads on "Arrow" and "Flash" because they were up to the task and as far as I'm concerned never let their audiences down. (I'm one of the people that wants to see Mandalore rebuilt because Bo Katan will be an awesome leader, but with Iger's current profit-motivated tear I don't have a lot of hope it will happen.) I want to thank Jeff for something he said about Battlestar. He spoke about this sense of hopelessness that went back and forth in the story and I realized perhaps that's why I never bonded with the show. Just because it was too much for me, doesn't mean someone else (and in BSG's case a LOT of people) won't absolutely love it. Something to think about the next time I leave a review on something I've watched.

Grant could still be an A lister tho he has a dedicated fanbase he just needs to choose roles that ppl will not associate the flash with. Also men especially don't loose desirability n their late 30s and into their 40s they tend to gain it I mean look at glenn powell. Loved the Flash TV show mostly, only issue was the writers never gave Grant a time where he was confident as a hero. They always had him second guessing himself, every, single, season and the Flash is my favorite of all heroes, I needed more than the few moments when someone would say..."Run Barry, run." for the Flash to truly kick ass. The Flash's power rivals any DC hero and the writers never really gave him enough moments to show that. Secondly the show lost too much when Carlos Valdes left. He was the anchor of the rest of the group. Sorry for nerding out :)

I loved Katee as Teddy on Nip/tuck. I thought she blew the other actors away in the episodes she played. I totally understand her being freaked out by the sex scenes though. Much as I loved Katee in the show, I wasn't a fan of Nip/tuck as a whole. I didn't consider sex scenes a substitute for a writers' room. As far as Ryan Murphy not wanting to work with Katee, I would think that with as much experience as he has, he would know that inexperienced people sometimes don't handle things the best way and that if it was put to him, he would consider Katee's overall reputation in the industry in any future decision.

I wear kilts by preference, and there is this whole complex jargon for the different bits and bobs that exists solely to avoid men admitting that they're wearing pleated skirts with knee-socks and garters. I really liked flash in the early days, especially with crossovers with Arrow. It’s too bad that I heard rumours of how far removed he became as he climbed the ladder of success with the regular folk. It’s something that didn’t happen on Supernatural with the boys.
