💯 a lot of these salesmen are talking like a script. They really don’t care about what the customer wants. They are just there to land the job. Rather than actually caring for the customer and what they need done.

As an owner or hiring manager you have to take the time to find the right person for your sales position. 1 thing to look for is someone that doesn't need the money. People that sell out of desperation are the ones that will take on any job no matter how it effects the company.
