I don't blame you for saying that. Also, I really love these covers. They're high quality and made well. By the way, how many instruments do you know how to play?

PoopPoopFart Do you have any melodicas you wouldn't mind selling?
@PoopPoopFart11 жыл бұрын
Mastaevan123 Hey! I tried to respond to your earlier post, but according to Google, I'm not allowed to talk to you. So here's to hoping that this response goes through. I actually only have three melodicas (one cheap one that I use to practice on, one high end one for performing, and one bass melodica), and I use all of them on a fairly regular basis, so I probably won't be selling any of them any time soon!
@PoopPoopFart11 жыл бұрын
Eric C. Thanks! Not sure, but I just did a quick count, and it seems that I own about 25 different instruments, although I think a lot of them are miscellaneous percussion instruments, which don't require a terribly large amount of skill to play.
@JosiahEverhart11 жыл бұрын
Man, I can't believe how rich your recordings sound. Like, instrumental prowess aside, the recording quality itself is incredible. How do you do it? Is it because you're using such a high end mic or are you just brilliant at mastering/EQing/mixing/all-that-bullshit-I-don't-know-how-to-do? Both? I'm really curious 'cause my videos sound like shit... Awesome video as always.
@PoopPoopFart11 жыл бұрын
Thanks, I'm glad you like the way it sounds! For me, I feel like my recordings really start to come alive during the mixing process, although ideally mic choice, mic position, and instrument choice should play a big role in determining the overall sound as well. I had actually never paid much attention to the mixing process until earlier this year, when I realized that my projects could be sounding so much better if I just took some time to learn how to mix. I have since read a few books on the subject, but I'm still relatively new to the whole mixing thing, so I'm still learning a lot with each project I work on. But if you're interested in improving your mixing skills, you should definitely check out a book called Mixing Secrets for the Small Studio by Mike Senior, as it is one of the best books on the subject that I've read, and I feel like it's helped me a whole lot. Seriously, I can't recommend that book enough.
@JosiahEverhart11 жыл бұрын
PoopPoopFart Thanks for your insight! I'm in the same boat now, that you *were* in. I've never really cared much for mixing, but I'm starting to realize just how important it is. I'll check that book out!

Awesome job! Well done!! I would like to ask you the following 6 questions. 1. Can you tell us a bit of your musical background? 2. Do you or any of your family members enjoy playing video game? 3. Are you familiar with any video game music? 4. How do you relax yourself in your leisure time? 5. What's your favorite video game series? 6. Why did you want to create the username PoopPoopFart as your KZbin channel?

It’s not like the other orchestra tracks that others do, and that’s good for it stands out in the crowd, as it is a unique version of this classic theme. Unlike other people’s versions which are loud, bombastic, or both. This one is calm, relaxing, and very home like which gives off a warm feeling while listening to during the winter. Thanks for creating this and the other projects you have made, keep creating and having a good one.
