First round success in the grant funding game is a huge feat for any investigator, however, given the extremely competitive nature of research grant applications, it is sometimes inevitable that PIs will feel the sting of an unsuccessful grant and go on to navigate the challenge of resubmitting their revised grant for another shot at the top prize.
This presentation intends to provide experience-based expertise from CHS and O’Brien Institute members who have already done this navigating and are willing to share their journey and advice. Our expert panel is comprised of individuals from all stages of their careers, from junior to emeriti faculty, who have had experience with the resubmission process after an unsuccessful grant.
Panelists: Christine Friedenreich, PhD, Lynn McIntyre, MD, Khara Sauro, PhD, Nauzer Forbes, MD, and Tom Stelfox, MD, PhD as the moderator
