Pretty sure Bertram were the first with a flooding keel on the Hunt V-15 in the mid to late 60s then Haines built their V15 from that mold without the flooding keel. They are interesting boats utilizing the full glass keel compartment as stingers.

it don't lift up on the plane on take off and flat because all ya weight up the front that's why 200kg+ up front.
