To Richard asking about the text message question. You're going to want to get firekeys or if you have an I phone you can create shortcuts for certain keys for ex: If I type GL1 on my phone it will translate to "would you like to get on the guestlist"

One thing to note though, do not ever ask a prospect "what problem you looking to solve?" When prospecting. Its a stupid question. You should know the typical specific problems you solve. You share that with your prospect and ask if they're bumping into those problems.
