Truly amazing strategy video. Have done my fair share of multiplayer and your tips are top notch. One extra side thing that came to mind was if an enemy is wearing armor to shoot them in the legs to down them faster, then, as you said, shoot the armor off before executing them. its a while ago but... Keep your camp numbers low, the less supplies you need. If you are not that good, just do some damage, loot stuff, revive teammates or try to make some kills and make sure you safe all the easy challenges for later. and try to skip some games when your numbers are stable. And dont complete your challenges too far, for example if you need to tag 3 people, only tag 3, to use this challenge again later.

@@radiopadilla for example: tag 3 people = -10 tag 6 people = -6 tag 9 people = -2. you would say i'll try to tag 6 or 9 people to hold more people in your camp, but instead only tag 3 and let some die. next time you can pick that challenge again and you only have to do 6, after that 9. i recommend the 'Tag people' challenge, its easy. but if you are unlucky you will face people with a perk that doesnt let you tag them. but imo its the easiest one. if theres a opposite mission with a chance to + your camp, dont waste a easy challenge on it. you gonna need all easy ones once week 6 arrives. (sorry im not english and its almost 2 months ago since i played so i forgot how to name some things)

The shotgun and the semi auto are very over powered. So I can see why you tell new players they are the best. And I agree, but when I reached level around 30 I almost stopped playing because I didn't think it was all that fun. So I decided to try out the other stuff and the game became a real lot more fun. So I would like to add a helpful tip: When you feel a bit more comfortable with the game, try the other stuff. The load out I would use and enjoy for almost half a year was: Revolver, silenced Burst, covert 2, FAT 1, Brawler 1 and reviver 1. It's good for many situations, FAT and brawler work great for getting out of tigth spots while covert and silenced burst are awesome for flanking. Shiv one and the get to work with the burst while your enemies are facing the other way. I currently see myself as very experienced and I like to go with more advanced load outs like having the shorty but no large firearm/purchased weapon. Or using the bow.

Grant, you're forgetting that collector rounds up. :) Shivving or down/special-ing an enemy while using Damage marker 2 + collector 2 + executioner 3 = 15+15+5 for the mark, 100+20 for the down, 50+10 for the execution, 75+75+15 for the shiv/special. That means that instead of the usual 225 parts for a clean kill, I'm cashing 380. But I just did some more number crunching and figured that collector only contributes to about 50 of those parts-- about a 22% boost. So damn, it looks like you were right about collector! But hey, in interrogation sometimes those specials can add up and the class I mentioned above can skyrocket your PPM if you just go for the kills (and at least a draw). TL;DR collector isn't completely useless if you use it in tandem with other part-boosting skills and are good with a revolver!

Hey here's a trick most don't know when your crafting and u have two or more items craft one then back out of the crafting menu then go back and craft the other item this will give u the 30 points extra from crafting the second item then u would have gotten from just crafting them all at once. Its worth it

two tips I found are 1. Use covert training, especially if you play stealth, because you spawn with a shiv, and you never know when you will need it. 2. Skip the first box, you don't get shit, and skip the box of you are winning by alot and don't have anything already.

Revive before Execute people. If you're down, crawl to cover. Veterans WILL NOT revive you if you position yourself in the enemies sights. Only put yourself in a bad position if you're luring the other team into a bad spot like Grant said. Some of the maps' supply boxes in the middle are closer than others. It's a pretty good idea to sometimes sprint for the 2nd box first and then go back to the 1st box. That way you'll have double the supplies of everyone else early and you won't have to encounter the enemy when going for that 2nd box (on most occasions). If you're in a 4v4 fire fight and your team mates all die leaving you the only one left, get the hell outta there! Chances are you'll die if you try to take them on so there's no reason to waste yet another death when all your team mates just died beforehand. Sitting up in the back buildings of some maps isn't actually a very good strategy. Sure, you can convince yourself it's good because you're "marking enemies" but you're making it harder for your team mates as they'll be going into fire fights with less people. Also you'll get found out very quickly and you'll die. Just because you have the sniper doesn't mean you shouldn't be travelling with your team mates. You can "mark enemies" from anywhere on the map, not just a building at the back. These tips apply mostly to Supply Raid since that's what I play most back on the PS3. I'll have my PS4 in 10 weeks or so

i been playing tlou for more than a year. How to not be a noob (according to me) 1: dont run when u spawn (bcuz u can spawn behind the team and kill them all) 2:dont just rush know when to (this isnt call of duty) 3:keep an eye on the map (you can see the when they run, shoot without silencer, place bombs and throw anything else) ..... those are the main ones in my opinion theres alot alot more but you should be good with these.

The burst rifle was always so easy for me to use when I started playing on the PS3 and I know it has a lot of recoil but I've used it at ranges I didn't think would be effective and it usually was more reliable for me than the full auto.

I have to respectfully disagree with your opinion of the Collector perk. Though only if you really care about your survivors. I played around with many different loadout combinations across many twelve week sets and achieved the highest consistent survivor count by using Collector. It's important to note that every 100 parts collected in a match (regardless of having been spent or not) translates to one "supply" at the end of a game. I discovered how good the revolver was early on and built a support class based around healing with collector 2 and handling all combat with the revolver.

I've been playing this game since it came out and my main lodouts are: shorty, hunting rifle, hit marker 2 and collector 2 and this load out helps me to upgrade my weapons easily and buy as many armors as i want. The second is shorty, collector 2, explosive 2, reviver 1 and el diablo and the same thing it helps me to buy many bullets and armor.

When crafting, if you can craft multiple things like a smoke bomb and a shiv, if you craft them together you only receive 30 parts. But if you craft them individually, i .e crafting a smoke bomb then exiting the backpack to receive 30 parts, then going back to craft a shiv to get another 30 parts, giving you 60.

The Last of us multiplayer should have Co op. A HUGE open map, infected spawn in some places, scavenge supplies, mark your base/territory, and defend it. You can work with survivors, or give em a bullet to the head and steal their supplies. You can trade items at a trade center, and you can craft structures such as tents and traps. You must survive days, and every day, the infected get more challenging to paint the floors with. When a person gets bitten, they have a day until they become a runner. When you become a runner, it means death. When you die, you automatically get to play as the infected. You start out as a runner, and get more kills, and you can evolve . Syringes are found on doctors. Every 5 days, a doctor corpse spawns with a syringe. (Always near infected) You have to get 100 kills before dying to become immune.

Started playing the multiplayer for the first time June 2020. It is fun but extremely frustrating because the veteran players know where to shoot when you literally just peek out of cover. Most of the other times I’m just getting ganked from the sides and back.

Can you do a weapon's review on the new dlc weapons, preferably the new scoped weapons like the scoped variable rifle and the comparison between the scoped semi auto and the regular semi auto. Do you feel like they are over powered?

Generally good advice that I'd hope every newb sees, but you missed out the biggest thing newbs do. They crouch walk EVERYWHERE. You're just as visible crouch walking to listen mode as you are when youre just normal running. All it's doing is making you a slow moving target. The only use for crouch walk (other than the booster that makes you invisible to listen while crouching), is to be low behind cover. If you're moving forward and crouch walking where there's no cover around you, you're gonna fall behind and get your slow ass picked off

Are you sure? I actually never checked how it really works, but from my experience it seems that crouching players have a smaller stealth-radius. So from 10 meters you can hear anyone, but from 30 (just examples, I'm sure this isn't accurate) you just hear the ones who are jogging normally, while crouchers stay hidden.

It does make it so that people in listen mode can only see you from a shorter distance away. Still, unless you're behind cover it rarely matters.

Great tutorial thanks for the tips. Is there anywhere to practice the online mode? I am a serious newb not only to this but online gaming and I keep making my team loose. People call me out but no help.

Working on my last trophy for the platinum. I did the 12 weeks with hunter and was so frustrated at first. Im not an online player. Of course i got alot better but am nowhere near good compared to these guys. Im going to try out some of these tips for my 2nd 12 week playthrough .
