If I were to walk into a crowd and shout Scripture, it would only make people want to ignore or even fight against the word. Also, I suggest you check out the comments from that account who posted it. It's just a bot that says that exact phrase on repeat. I wouldn't be surprised if the sole purpose of the bot is to make people tired of hearing it over and over, and thus less receptive to the Gospel.
