How do you drop the meristeme into the media? And is this media at the beginning also changed every two weeks?

I saw something like one of the hairs, moving like it was a worm when the tech paused to adjust the magnification, is that what you saw?

How strong of a microscope do you need to do something like this?

I tried do this with dental loupe and can't see shit😂 considering buying a stereo microscope, but have no room to place the big guy

Can you provide the training on meristem excision? I want to use the technic in my research but have never done it before

They can still get infected with viruses once in the field so what's the point?

To get clean to start with. Better to get healthy plants out and lose some later to infection, then to make normal cuts and lose 100% because of infection
