Thank you so much really helped, to summarize: 1. Find the roots: if the equation is y= abs(x+1)-2abs(x+2) (abs=absolute value) then the roots are -1 (what value of x makes (x+1)=0 and -2 what value of x makes(x+2)=0 2. sup in points with values of x right and left of the roots (-1 and -2) e.g x= -2 and 0 for the root -1 (CANT BE LESS THAN -2 BECAUSE THE EQUATION WILL CHANGE AT -2) and x=-3 and -1 (CANT BE MORE THAN -1 BECAUSE THE EQUATION WILL CHANGE AT -1)
