When you add weld u add weld bead or fillet weld ? U model is shell model what about adding weld bead to solid model how we can proceed for solid multi bodies

Why we have not applied compensation pressure If yes how to calculate compensation pressure for rectangular opening. For circular opening it is simple. What about rectangular opening.
